FUNDING REQUESTS FOR HHS ACTIVITIES & ATHLETICS
DETAILS AND TERMS FOR FUNDING
WHO DO WE SUPPORT?
We support ANY HHS Co-Curricular (requires course enrollment) or Extracurricular (does not require course enrollment) activity, as listed in the current school year’s Course Enrollment Handbook (accessible on the HHS Website under the Counseling tab or in print in the Guidance Office).
WHAT TYPE OF SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE?
Special Fund Assistance is for a specific need, not covered by the school. Examples of past requests funded by SPC include props/costumes/supplies for the musical, Friends of Rachel Back-to-School event, custom white board for the boys' basketball locker room, sound system for soccer, and more!
State and National Competition Assistance is a designated amount of money for participants who have qualified for a State or National competition. These funds must be used as an equal benefit for all participants (i.e. yard signs, meals after away games/activities, etc). These funds will be approved ONLY for the qualifiers of the state or national event. SPC will pay for the approved KSHAA roster for team sports and up to two coaches. Please reach out to SPC with questions.
